Description

Remove existing diminishing course slate roof and lead to valleys, ridges and chimney flashings . Repoint chimneys, underfelt with breathable roofing felt and replace all battens. New slate to be a diminishing course of Vermont Unfading green slate (Vermont USA) The central recessed roof area to be covered using the existing slate if salvagable. All lead work renewed with minimum grade 5 lead.
