Description

Application to vary condition 2 (approved plans) of planning approval 22/03684/DVCON - Variations of conditions 2 (approved drawings) and removal of condition 3 (external stonework) of planning permission 21/00144/FUL to allow inspection of all external materials and erection of single and two storey extensions to Units 1 and 2 with outbuildings, conversion of existing agricultural building to form Unit 3 and alterations to fenestration with landscaping. To make the following alterations: Plot 1- Enlarged arrow slit to form small window opening at first floor and proposed opening within new build external wall in north elevation to form office window. Plot 2-Enlargement of approved window opening to form new side door leading to external garden. Plot 3 - Material change from vertical timber cladding to punch faced / tumbled random gritstone to east elevation; Formation of proposed pitched roof / gable to be formed locally over entrance area; Change of material for all external windows and doors from timber to PPC aluminium.
