Description

Part of the existing building is in need of emergency repair works to the South-East corner. The existing foundation has been irremediably damaged. The proposed works will require new concrete foundation to support the existing wall. Repair works will also be carried out to the existing exterior wall. The building's eastern elevation exterior wall will also require structural anchoring works to be carried out.
