Application for non-material amendment to planning permission 22/04886/FUL; 1. amend the facing material to render to match the existing concrete face. 2. windows to front elevation amended from a single pane, to a narrow frame full height french door type to allow ventilation and external access to the terrace and garden. The frames will be slim aluminium of a colour to match the bronze of the existing. 3. fill in one side window with a panel of stonework to match the existing walling. 4. The single sliding glass door facing the lower terrace is to be amended to a split assemble with a side sliding glass door. 5. The framing is offset slightly to allow construction. 6. An external rainwater hopper and downpipes is proposed.
