Description

The proposed works concern the relocation of 4 No. existing advertisements and station features and the installation of 3 No. new advertisement displays as detailed in Appendix A, located within the curtilage of the station building, which is private land owned by Network Rail (NR). As such, the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 permit such displays as either exempt forms of display or benefitting from deemed consent under the Regulations.
