Description

Application for non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission under planning reference HW/FUL/23/00036 for amendments to the number of proposed parking bays. The parking bays will be amended as follows: Regular parking bays - reduction from thirty-eight to twenty-eight and the Disability parking bays - increase from two to four. Resulting in a net reduction of the total number of proposed parking spaces by 8. The number of EV charging points is to increase from three to 8, with two points to users of disabled parking bays.
