Application for non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission under planning reference HW/FUL/20/00569 for updates to landscaping scheme including the following. Updated tree specification to substation area - to meet utility provider requirements for proximity of roots to substation. Block paved loading area in front of substation - to meet utility provider requirements for maintenance/upkeep of substation. Additional woodland mix tree planting in woodland area - to compensate for on-site tree removal. Height of fence to drives of Plots 24 & 28 reduced to 600mm - lower fences where separation between public realm and driveways to increase transparency. Updates to PV panel layouts and quantities in line with SAP calculations to ensure 'A' EPC rating is achieved on all dwellings.
