Description

Replacement of asphalt roof coverings to main flat roofs with new Bituminous felt membrane. The height of the flat roofs is to be increased to allow for additional insulation to the roofs. Replacement of existing metal crittall curtain walling system and communal doors to front and rear elevations, with a new aluminium curtain wall system, complete with new communal doors. Replacement of existing uPVC kitchen window units to front facing elevation at walkway level with painted rendered masonry infill to lower sections, and new uPVC double glazed window units above, to provide additional fire protection.
