Application for a Non-Material Amendment (NMA) to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents), Condition 9 (Commercial Units – Noise Attenuation) and Condition 22 (Overheating (Student Accommodation)) of planning permission HGY/2023/2306 seeking approval for: external amendments to doors & gates and roof access steps, new pedestrian gates, amendments to structural columns to High Road Class E area resulting in amendments to windows on eastern and western courtyards, amendments to roof construction details and MEP plant, louvres amendments; and internal reconfiguration; updates to Condition 9 to allow a relaxation of the noise requirements in parts of the building that are statutorily listed with a timber construction; and updates to part (c) of Condition 22 to amend the required visible light transmittance (VLT) rating of the glazing.
