Rear Garden: T1: Mature Oak: Approximately 12.00m. Remove weak epicormic growth throughout the crown in order to promote healthy open crown structure and maintain light levels to the beds below. Remove major dead wood throughout crown. T2: Mature Bay - (lefthand boundary): Approximately 6.00m. Reduce crown by approximately 1.20-1.50m to help shape and lift. Reason/s: General maintenance. Front Garden: G1: Righthand Mixed Species Hedge Line: Approximately 7.00m, consisting primarily of Bay, Evergreen Oak, Laurel, Holly & Ivy. Reduce the western section of the hedge nearest the building by approximately 1.70m in height. Reduce back to clear building by approximately 1.25m. Reduce lateral and sublateral growth by up to approximately 1.50m to form a more compact specimen whilst maintaining the tree as part of the general hedge line.
