Five Day Notice. The tree is located on the roadside boundary of 45b shepherds hill, Highgate, London, n65qj. The tree in question is a Sycamore tree showing extensive deadwood and historical damage at the base. The tree due to its location adjacent to the footpath and main road I believe posses a risk to third party members of the public. If I thought there was a chance of the tree living I would suggest a heavy reduction/pollard but as the photos show the die back is extensive. I am asking for permission to fell the tree to ground level.
