Description

T1: Magnolia - Situated on the rear right hand boundary. Crown reduce the height and spread back to the previous reduction points (approx. 1m height and 1m spread). Crown thin by 10% and remove dead wood. T3: Magnolia - Reduce one low branch growing towards neighbours window back to major union (approx. 2m). Crown reduce the spread over and towards to neighbouring garden by 0.3m-0.5m respectively. Crown thin by 10% over the neighbouring garden only. Maintenance works in line with good arboricultural practice (Works to T2: Birch are being considered separately under tree work application reference HGY/2025/3018, as this tree is protected by a TPO)
