Description

External and internal works. Replacement of all external windows and doors. Partial demolition and replacement/repair of the bay window. Replacement of rainwater goods. Patchwork repairs to elevations and roofs (gable end/dormer). Repairs to chimneys and parapets. Strip-out and replacement of all internal doors, finishes, kitchens, bathroom, and MEPH services. Replacement of any damaged timber posts and balustrades on the front elevation. Installation of new timber handrail at 1100mm to comply with building regulations. Removal of existing metal balustrade on the rear elevation as the balcony will be decommissioned.
