Description

I have an elderberry tree in my garden, positioned as per my sketch plan (Tree A). Branches from the elderberry overhang into both 2 & 4 Clyde Circus' gardens. My neighbours at 4 Clyde Circus have recently got a dog and discovered that elderberries are poisonous to them. As such, they've requested that I cut back the branches overhanging into 4 Clyde Circus' garden.
