Description

Works to tree protected by a TPO. T2 Cypress (Lawson) - Remove close to ground level. With due regards to species profile, size and proximity, T2 (Cypress (Lawson)) is considered the dominant feature proximate to the focal area(s) of movement and accordingly, where vegetation is confirmed as being causal, we have identified it as the primary cause of the current subsidence damage. (Please note that all other proposed tree works are being considered separately under Section 211 Notice reference HGY/2025/1461, as the affected specimens are in a Conservation Area but not protected by a TPO).
