Description

(T1) Sycamore - this tree is growing at the very rear of the garden of No.17 Cecile Park, and is overhanging the rear of the short gardens in Tregaron Avenue. The tree has been reduced previously. Proposing to reduce the regrowth back to boundary (1-2m) in order to prevent excessive shading, increased root growth and therefore limit damage to patio and structural walls etc. (T2) Sycamore - this is situated in a different garden (No.19 Cecile Park) to T1. This tree is significantly overhanging the garden of Tregaron Avenue. Proposing to reduce all lateral secondary branches up to 60mm in diameter, back to boundary (up to 4m) in order to prevent excessive shading, increased root growth and therefore limit damage to patio and structural walls etc. (Description amended at validation stage)
