The tree is located in the garden of 168 Lymington Avenue per the plan. The tree is very tall, and the large trunk and root system is pushing over the boundary causing the boundary fence to bow and distort. The tree is approx 3m from the exterior walls of 168 and 170 Lymington Avenue with potential risk to foundations of both buildings, and causing potential issues with buildings insurance. We (ourselves at 170 and the owner of 168) agree that the tree should be removed to preserve property.
