Description

Alterations to approved cycle store to accommodate full size bicycles, as well as an air source heat pump. Replacement of brick boundary wall with steel wall to match finish of cycle/ashp store, Addition of glass roof canopy to front entrance. Repairs to existing front porch and installation of parapet. Minor alterations to glazing to front elevation. Alteration in material of approved rear extension from timber clad to brick. Alterations to flank fenestration, additional window proposed.
