Description

Alteration to luminance levels of existing 2no. 48 sheet digital LED advertisement displays granted advertisement consent under ref. HGY/2022/0978; namely to allow the display panel illumination to not exceed a maximum illuminance of 500cd/m2 above the corresponding background light level during daylight hours (dawn to dusk) and restricted to a maximum illuminance of 3000cd/m2 - controlled by sensor(s). With the maximum night time (dusk to dawn) level of display panel illumination to not exceed 300cd/m2.
