Description

I do not know of any TPOs at the site but Stapleton Hall Road is in a conservation area. Please refer to the attachment Sketch_Plan_1.png Tree A is a large Common Ash in the garden of 164B with a spread of approx 15m and height of approx 10m: Pollard to reduce height to approx 5m, spread to 5m. Tree B is a Laurel bush in the garden of neighbour 166, foliage is hanging over into garden of 164B by approx 2m: Remove overhanging foliage back to line of fence between 164/166 Tree C is a mature Pear in the garden of 164B. It is estimated as over 50 years old and is suffering from crowding by younger Ash (Tree D): Remove dead branches Tree D is a Common Ash in the garden of neighbour 166, it is outgrowing and crowding tree C: Remove branches overhanging fence between 162/164.
