Cavity detected W aspect probed to 600mm possible habitation (150mm x300mm)historic pruning wound in crown occluding well. deadwood indicative of species and age, established crown reduction cycle. Ivy on main stem restricting inspection. House built on London Clay so prone to seasonal movement. T1 reduction cycle required to manage potential for damages to arise. Remove Ivy. Cyclical. Continue cyclical reduction regime (once every three year back to previous points of reduction)
