Tree 1 Holly: remove tree because it is too close to the building and the foul water sewer and likely to cause damage to the foundations/drainage system. Tree 2: palm: remove tree because it is causing damage to the patio (ground movement) and needs to be removed to enable rebuilding of the patio. Tree 3 Bay: remove tree because it is causing damage to the patio (ground movement) and needs to be removed to enable rebuilding of the patio. It is also blocking light to the property. Tree 6 Yew: remove to enable fence to be renewed. Also the tree is too close to Tree 5 (a large tree, exact species unknown, maple type leaves) and as a result is growing unevenly. Tree 8 Apple: this is a large old cooking apple tree with a large spreading crown. Prune to remove dead branches and crown reduction and thinning by no more than 30% to restore tree to better health.
