Description

Application for the provision of a new three storey external staircase provision and internal refurbishment to existing building. To facilitate this development we have proposed the demolition of the existing staircase to provide a new compliant stair which allows access into each floor. The building is currently falling into disrepair and we are aiming to refurbish the building to provide a dedicated teaching facility for the Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision. This building has the ability to have a mixture of spaces for a variety of different needs. The aim is for the school to support the Local Authority with a cohort of students which are currently using facilities within other schools in neighbouring boroughs.
