Walnut tree (marked T1 in attached VTA Report from Tree consultants) adjacent to brick retaining wall adjoining Southwood Lane: application to fell to ground level as tree roots are forcing out a section of wall creating a danger to pedestrians and traffic. The tree and roots require to be removed to allow the section of wall to be rebuilt, as advised by the attached report from structural engineers.
