Description

My report firmly recommends that the Ash tree within the front garden is fully and permanently removed, owing to the high risk of the tree and its roots causing subsidence in future years. Specifically, pollarding is considered cost inefficient and inadequate for this type of fast growing tree. An arboriculturist should advise on any permissions required from the Council.
