Description

T1 Front Bay: Tree growing close to the retaining wall. Reduce crown height by up to 3 meters and trim remainder of crown but retain live growth to contain crown and root-activity T/G3 Rear Row of Holly trees forming hedge on boundary. Reduce height by up to 2 meters but retain privacy screen-line T4 Rear Magnolia Grandiflora. Crown lift above shed to prevent lower limbs being damaged by rubbing against shed roof sheets. (Works to T2 London Plane will be considered under application ref. HGY/2024/2832, as the tree is protected by a TPO)
