Description

Mature hawthorn (1) with extensive leaf rust/blight causing 95% leaf fall/death. Mature laburnum (2) and lilac (3) with beginnings of same condition at approx 50%. Works: remove all affected branches and trunks. Subject to qualified inspection on extent of hawthorn damage and threat of damage to other trees, if possible leave sufficient to grow back otherwise complete removal. (*We have noted that the blight to the afore-mentioned near-by lilac and laburnum may be controllable by extensive pruning) Situation: (1) bottom (south-east) garden corner overhanging both a greenhouse and a garage roof. (2) & (3) bottom (south-west) garden corner. Site access: via adjacent garages access drive. Replacement: though not required by statute as trees are not subject to TPO if there is removal then there will be replacement with fruit trees. Please be advised I submit this as if I were serving a Section 211 Notice to the Local Authority.
