Description

T1) Cherry Plum on roadside boundary: Reduce lateral spread over pavement and road; reduce overall crown by up to 1.5 metres to provide tidy and uniform shape; remove any dead and defective branchwood; aerial inspection to assess health and safety of tree. T2) Semi - mature Plane closest to house: Tree is in close proximity to adjacent properties and may cause problems if allowed to grow tall into maturity. Proposed work: Overall crown reduction up to 3 metre branch lengths; maintain natural and even flowing canopy outline; remove any dead and defective branchwood. T4) Mature Plane with tree house: Overall crown reduction up to 3 metre branch lengths; maintain natural and even flowing canopy outline; remove any dead and defective branchwood. Tree has previously been managed to this specification, this work should be considered as routine maintenance. (Works to T3) Mature Plane will be considered separately under application reference HGY/2024/2303, as this tree is protected by a TPO)
