Description

T5 Kohuhu to be removed. T6 Photinia species to be removed. I would like to meet on site to discuss the situation and any recommendations from the assigned Tree Officer. Please let me know if an AIA would be needed instead of this application. The existing bin store area is not sufficiently sized for the building. We are currently proposing on installing a reinforced concrete raft foundation to the right of the building entrance and to the right of the electrical substation, in the location on Hornsey Lane. This will involve removing T5 and T6 and hand levelling the ground then erecting shuttering prior to installing reinforcement and pouring concrete, forming a raft foundation that will sit on top of the ground to minimise damage to the retained roots and other vegetation in this location. All tree works to conform to BS3998. All construction works to conform to BS5837.
