Description

The vegetation spreads along the site perimeter, there is a mix of trees, grass and ordinary vegetations. we identified three dead ash trees that could be an issue from H&S perspective too. Our Arborist has suggested to perform a cut which is 5 meters from the building wide, and 5 meters high. Especially around three dead ash trees, we believe that a site meeting should be arranged, so you can assess this situation too. We may need the council to remove those if necessary.
