Formal notification in writing of 28 days’ notice in advance, of our intention to install electronic communications apparatus, in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 2003 (as amended). The proposed development comprises the removal of 3no. existing antennas to be replaced with 3no. new antennas enclosed within a new GRP shroud and ancillary works thereto.
