Description

T1 Weeping Pear (Pyrus salicifolia) in front garden: remove. It grows less than 1m from the pavement in an elevated bed, equidistant from the boundaries of neighbouring homes at 53 and 57. Its roots are causing the front wall overlooking the pavement to lean out, the side wall facing the steps is splitting open under pressure of the roots. I am rebuilding the walls and wish to ensure no further movement in future.
