A single Ash tree (Fraxinus) is located to the rear garden of 8b Park Avenue, N22 7EX. This is shown on the sketch plan labeled "Tree Removal proposal" Sheets 01,02,03. The proposed actions are: 1) This tree is to be professionally removed. 2) A replacement tree will be planted to compensate its loss to the same place. The intention is to plant a smaller tree to the exact same location that is better suited to the size of the property. (ie: Silver Birch Tree / Betula Pendula).
