T1 London Plane - front garden - Fell to ground level and grind stump - close to house, unsuitable for location due to its size and ongoing management, requiring cyclical pruning to maintain acceptable clearance from the property and surrounding structures. Roots lifting block paving and other superficial hard landscaping. Expected to worsen as tree matures. A neighbouring tree of similar stature and influence has previously been removed as part of measures to mitigate potential subsidence related concerns. Retention would effect local soil moisture levels.
