Variation to wording of condition 1 (Temporary permission) of planning permission ref: 2025/02087/FUL granted 20th November 2025 for the 'Erection of a double storey stacked container with external staircase providing drying/canteen at ground floor level and site office at first floor level, erection of toilet block with effluent tank below, erection of hazardous material store and 2no single storey storage containers for a temporary six month period' to read as follows: 'The development hereby approved shall be for a limited period only and shall cease on the 30 September 2026. All buildings, structures or associated equipment carried out under this permission shall be removed from the site by no later than the 30 September 2026 and the site shall be restored to its former condition before the development took place'.
