Retrospective application for a series of building services installations and associated works including roof plant for decarbonisation works, undertaken at various locations within the hospital site; works to the Oncology Building roof include the extension of an approved roof‑level plant deck and screen and installation of 3no. additional buffer vessels; works to the Oncology Plant Room include the Infill of a previously open section of plant room to accommodate plant equipment; works to the X‑ray Building include the installation of an additional heat pump at roof level; works to the Dining Block include the installation of a new packaged plant room on the roof; and works to external services to include the installation of associated ductwork, pipework and cable trays, all mounted along building elevations facing internally within the hospital site.
