Tree Details #Box Elder (Tree A): Multi-stemmed deciduous tree, approximately 6-8m height, positioned ~2m from foundation face; compound leaves visible in photos (right side, near fence). #Cherry Tree (Tree B): Single-stemmed deciduous tree, ~6m height with red foliage, located ~4m from foundations (foreground right in images). Proposed Works Full felling and removal to ground level, including stump grinding to 600mm below ground and root clearance within 5m radius of stumps to mitigate foundation heave risks in high plasticity clay soil (Ip=40 per NHBC Chapter 4.2).
