Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide a minor material amendment to planning permission reference: 2025/00641/FUL dated 4th June 2025 for the "Erection of front and rear mansard roof extensions, including 1no. additional dormer to the rear roofslope, 1no. rooflight to the front roofslope and 1no. rooflight to the side roofslope; erection of a part one part two storey rear extension at ground and first floor levels; excavation of the front and rear garden to form lightwells and additional accommodation below rear garden level, in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement; and installation of replacement windows throughout." Amendment sought is the demolition of the flank wall, on top of the demolition already proposed as part of the original application.
