Submission of details of the full detailed design of the proposed sustainable drainage measures (SuDS) such as green roofs, soft landscaping, rain gardens and attenuation tank, to include plans and sections as well as maintenance information to demonstrate that the peak discharge rate of no more than 2l/s for stormwater from the site to the combined sewer network will be achieved as set out in the Drainage Strategy and Maintenance Statement (Rev.P2, dated February 2023), pursuant to Condition 42 of planning application reference: 2023/00585/FUL allowed under appeal ref: APP/H5390/W/24/3340475 dated 23rd August 2024.
