Variation of Condition 3 (materials) of the planning permission reference: 2025/00403/FUL dated 22nd May 2025 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension; raising the height of existing three storey back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension to the side and rear of existing back addition, following the demolition of existing single storey lean-to side extension; installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope; replacement of all existing windows with new double glazed timber windows; formation of a roof terrace enclosed in 1.7m high obscure glazed screening over part of the flat roof of the back addition, and installation of new French door to replace an existing window to the rear elevation at third floor level to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; replacement of an existing door and Juliette balcony with a new window, to the rear elevation at second floor level; bricking up 1no. existing window, to the side elevation at first floor level; lowering the rear ground floor level; excavation of part of the front garden to form a lightwell, in connection with the lowering and enlargement of the existing basement."
