Description

Demolition of the existing plant room and erection of a new enlarged replacement plant room located on the eastern side of the main school building at lower ground floor level including the installation of an acoustic enclosure on the roof of new plant room; infilling of the existing louvre to eastern elevation boundary wall; alterations at upper ground floor level (eastern elevation of the IT Director's room) to include the installation of a new door to replace the existing window; alterations at lower ground floor level (eastern elevation of the Staff Social Link area) to include the demolition of curtain wall and erection of a new partition wall in between the main building the plant room, installation of a new internal door including the formation of a new walkway with an external door in between the main building and plant room.
