Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2024/02366/FR3 dated 13th December 2024 for the "Replacement of all existing double glazed uPVC windows with new double glazed aluminium windows." Amendments sought are to replace the existing metal louvres on each floor to the communal area with a glass AOV louvre system to ventilate the communal areas in the event of a fire and smoke in this area, and to raise the parapet on the top of the roof top plant room by approximately 150-200mm.
