Amendments comprise of replacing the definition of Chief Planning Officer to reflect changes at the council; Clause 11: amend to assist in clarifying who the S106 is not enforceable against; Schedule 3, Paragraphs 3.7 and 3.8: amendment so that references to plots E1/E2 commencement are removed and the Link Road B and the Temporary Link Road must be practically completed prior only to Occupation of Development Plots D1 or D2; Paragraphs 3.9 and 3.13: remove references to Development Plot H3; Schedule 12 Definitions: amendment of the definition of Affordable Rent Price to allow for 3 Bedroom units to have a weekly rent (excluding of Service Charge) also lower than the London Affordable Rent Benchmarks for 3 bedroom units, to accommodate the Registered Provider; and Schedule 12 Definitions: changing the units mix / percentages in the definitions of Affordable Rents Units Mix and Type 2 Shared Ownership Units Mix to accommodate Registered Providers.
