Amendments sought are enlarged footprint and changes to the fenestration including, the straightening of the rear stepped elevation of the second floor to be along the existing rear line of the host building, addition of a new window and alterations to the size of the approved windows to the rear elevation, installation of a new fixed opaque window to the south eastern elevation, installation of new rooflights above the main flat roof at roof level and windows to the southern elevation, internal alterations to accommodate the re-location of the staircase.
