Refurbishment and alterations to existing WC's to include, strip out all existing toilets, sinks and cubicles, skim and plaster all ceilings, and walls as necessary including a damp coating where appropriate, install new radiator covers to existing radiators, upgrade light switches, replace existing lighting with new LED lighting to match existing, install hygienic wall panelling as appropriate, undertake any necessary asbestos removal works as required, replace existing vinyl floor finish with new vinyl to the floor, installation of replacement toilets with existing pipework to be replaced within ducting, removal and replacement of cubicles, removal of existing sinks and replacement with new trough sinks (surplus sinks and associated pipework will be removed), removal of the existing partition wall in second floor KS2 Boys Toilets, where required replace ventilation units to match existing, replace existing panels blocking former doors to toilets with visually exact plasterboard face; associated alterations.
