Submission of details including a method statement of how all existing historic features would be protected throughout the works, including, but not limited to, chimney pieces, plasterwork, architraves, panelling, doors, staircase balustrading, internal wall tiles and internal flooring shall remain undisturbed in their existing position and shall be fully protected during the course of works on site, unless specifically authorised otherwise on the drawings hereby approved, pursuant to Condition 4 of listed building consent reference: 2024/02333/LBC dated 14th February 2025.
