Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2016/03003/VAR granted 2 September 2016 for the 'Minor material amendment application to vary Condition 2 of planning application ref: 2013/00915/FUL of which appeal ref: APP/H5390/A/13/2208376 was allowed on 25th March 2014 for the 'Erection of an additional floor at roof level in connection with the creation of 2 no. self contained flats (1 x 1 bedroom flat and 1 x 2 bedroom flat), including relocation of existing water tank, formation of 2 no. roof terraces and erection of balustrades around perimeter of existing roof to provide maintenance access.' Amendments to the approved drawings are proposed to the external appearance of the approved top floor to include an increase in the overall height of approximately 140mm above the consented scheme; removal of proposed planters around the entire perimeter of the existing roof level; replacement of glazed clerestorey with opaque glass around roof perimeter; and introduction of flat rooflights.' to allow amendments to the approved drawings to include installation of 3no ventilation grilles at fourth floor level to southern elevation of the building.
