Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2019/01880/VAR granted 19th May 2020 to allow amendments to the wording of condition 55 to read as follows: 'No customers shall be on the premises in connection with the D2/A1/A3/A4/A5 uses hereby approved between 23:00 hours and 08.00 hours the following day, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. The only exceptions relate to the Health Club use (Class D2) which is hereby approved to be open from 06.00 to 22:00 hours daily and to the Members Club and ground floor façade bar/cafe units, which are approved to be open from 07:00 to 23:00 hours daily.
