Non-material amendment to planning application ref: 2023/00585/FUL granted under appeal ref: APP/H5390/W/24/3340475 on 23rd August 2024 to allow re-wording of condition 52 to read as follows:'The development hereby approved shall not be first occupied or opened for trading unless and until the following facilities have been provided in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority for the following:a) Provision of four cargo bike parking spaces with cargo bike stands.b) The secure, covered, level and weatherproof storage for a minimum of 16 long-stay bicycles within the service yard and accessible to each permitted use, being self-storage, affordable workspace and community use.c) The secure cycle parking for 48 28 short-stay bicycle users.d) Provision of safe routes for pedestrians and cyclists to travel between the service yard and affordable workspaces.e) Provision for cycle storage areas to be step-free from outside and inside, f) Facilities within the self-storage element for showering and changing, with cycle accessible features, to include cyclist storage lockers and equipment will also have access to these facilities. g) Facilities within the community use for cycle accessible features, to include cyclist storage lockers.The cycle storage/parking facilities shall be installed thereafter in accordance with the approved scheme and be permanently accessible for the storage of bicycles for staff, customers, users and visitors for the lifetime of the development.'
