Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2022/02402/FUL dated 21st October 2022 for the "Erection of a single storey rear extension to the side and rear of the existing back addition." Amendments sought to include consented internal layout changed to maintain existing structural wall between the existing bedrooms and minor alterations to the kitchen/ living/ dining layout; omission of additional wall to No. 19 Woodstock Grove boundary; omission of consented internal courtyard roof and creation of an open internal courtyard; consented splayed roof changed to a full pitched roof and consented eaves level to be raised up to line up with eaves at No. 19 Woodstock Grove consented application ref. 2023/02811/FUL (currently under construction); reduction in the number of and redistribution of consented skylights; consented large rear metal frame folding doors changed to smaller metal frame folding door and large metal frame fixed window; proposed finished floor level to be dropped by 150mm; and minor internal layout and external patio modifications
